It’s that time of year again! We want to remind you that during all of these family holiday gatherings it is a great time to talk to your family members about your family’s medical history.  Knowing this information about your family is very important for making informed decisions about your own healthcare.  It is important to learn the family medical history on both your mother’s and father’s sides of the family. Many times you will be surprised about what you didn’t know once you start asking questions.  Make sure to write all of the information down and update the information annually with any changes that occur throughout the year.
