Alexandria W. Diego AOCNP

Alexandria W. Diego is a doctorally prepared, Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) with over 18 years of clinical experience, including a decade of expertise in hematology & oncology. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Furthermore, she is a certified Cancer Genetic & Genomic Risk Assessment (GCRA) specialist by the City of Hope National Medical Center, and she holds an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Breast Certification from the American Society of Breast Surgeons. Alexandria’s diverse clinical background encompasses providing care to a wide variety of patients in oncology, cancer genetics, and high-risk breast management and surveillance. Currently, Alexandria serves as an oncology Medical Science Liaison at Myriad Genetics, where her primary focus is to deliver high-level clinical support and education to healthcare providers in the fields of cancer genetics/genomics and oncology. Throughout her career, Alexandria has consistently prioritized supporting the advancement of oncology to promote patient-centered care, particularly during the vulnerable and difficult times faced by patients and their families.
