Monique Tiffany MSN, RN, CGRA, BHCN

Monique is a Medical Science Liaison at Myriad Genetics who consults with healthcare providers regarding germline and tumor genomic testing, research opportunities and clinical practice guidelines. Prior to joining the Myriad team, she worked as an oncology nurse navigator, specialized breast cancer nurse, and high risk/cancer genetics program coordinator in both oncologic surgery and imaging service lines. Monique is a 2012 alumni of The City of Hope Intensive Course in Genetics and Cancer Risk Assessment. In addition, she is a 24-year triple-negative breast cancer survivor and a BRCA1 mutation carrier with a passion for educating health care providers, promoting research in cancer genetics and supporting patients at risk for hereditary cancer.

Jennifer Lazzara DNP, ARNP, CGRA

Jennifer Lazzara is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with extensive experience in breast oncology, cancer genetics, and high-risk patient management. Jennifer attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees. She also completed the City of Hope Intensive Course on Genetic Cancer Risk Assessment and earned her Cancer Genetic Risk Assessment Certification (CGRA) from the National Consortium of Breast Centers (NCBC). She currently works in an oncology practice in Spokane, WA.
