Her insights and perspective will be essential for Counsyl in achieving our mission to provide actionable information that guides women and their families in making critical and timely health decisions.” Pamela is a senior advisor at McKinsey & Company, a worldwide management consulting firm. Prior to this role, she served as president and chief executive officer at Aetna Medicaid/Dual Eligibles, a multi-billion dollar business segment with 3 million members in 17 states. Pamela also previously served as senior vice president and chief financial, strategy and innovation officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and chief financial officer and chief operating officer at CareSource. Her career began at General Electric, holding general management and financial executive roles. In addition, Pamela has served on the boards of the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Minnesota, Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Anderson Alumni Council at the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of New Mexico and a master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University.
