Counsyl is proud to announce that our acquisition closed on July 31, 2018 and we have officially combined with Myriad Preventative Care to form Myriad Women’s Health, Inc., a premier women’s health genetic screening and testing company, and new business unit within Myriad.
Together, we remain committed to our common values of improving clinical decisions by putting patients first, putting clinicians in control and putting costs in their place, as well as providing actionable information. Combined, we have provided over two million patient results, and are confident that the new Myriad Women’s Health organization will allow us to better serve our customers.
Unifying the best of both companies will take time, and we are just in the beginning stages. During our transition to a combined company, Counsyl will continue to operate as a trademark of Myriad Women’s Health, Inc.
