If your result summary type is not listed above, and you have questions, please call 1-800-469-7423 X 3850 to speak with someone in Medical Services. You can also schedule a consultation with a board-certified genetic counselor from Myriad.
Step 1
Obtain a copy of your test result from Myriad’s patient portal.
Step 2
Locate the test results summary on the first page of the report. It is located directly below the gray box containing your healthcare provider’s information.
Step 3
Based on the test results summary, select the option below that matches your result to download a detailed guide explaining what your result means.
