Eva's Butterfly Wishes

A patient advocacy organization dedicated to individuals with rare diseases and the organizations that serve them. The program supports children and families impacted by rare, life-limiting diagnoses. Provides a child-centric quality of life experience designed specifically for the diagnosed child.

CONNECTUS

A Nashville non-profit community healthcare organization founded on the values of Compassion, Wellness, Community and Culturally Sensitive Care.
